Broom Sweeps Delhi

AAP_PTIThe Aam Aadmi Party members waved their party flags and raised slogans across the capital.

AAP had a huge support from the crowd gathered at their party office in Connaught Place. It is quite an achievement for a debutant party. Though, the party is way ahead of Congress, but it is still trailing the BJP.

The crowd celebrated the victory waving the brooms and raising the slogans.

Until now, BJP is leading with 32 seats, followed by AAP with 24 seats and Congress on the third position with 11 seats.

Kejriwal was ahead of his two main rivals, Sheila Dikshit and Harshvardhan with 10,438 votes.

AAP supporters expressed their happiness. One of them said, “We will win this time. Congress will go and Aam Aadmi Party will come as a winner.”

“People wanted change from the corrupt government and AAP is the best choice,” said another.
